250w for two 10" drivers (one passive, both sqaure drives), also loaded with additional amp card (35w rms x4) for the doors. Losing about 9" of width - would've used the right side but the jack's there. Spare is a bit more difficult to remove as bottom folds over and amp is screwed down on far left (also screwed to carpet floor board on right, but not car chassis).
